My discount code isn't working

There are a few things we'd recommend trying first:

- Make sure you're logged in

- Make sure you've copied the code exactly, using uppercase only

- Make sure you're entering the code in the coupon box, not the Brownie Point box

- Make sure you’ve clicked “Apply Code”

- Make sure you’ve reached Minumum Spend after code has been applied
