How to unbox your cake?

We recommend removing traycakes and traybakes from the tray when frozen, we think they're much easier to handle that way.

Simply open the box and lift the inner tray out. Unwrap the plastic, unfold the edges of the box, and slide a palette knife under the whole cake to prevent any stubborn sticky bits. 

If you only want to use some of the cake, just unopen one end of the tray, run your palette knife under, run over the portion lines and pop them out! 

Keeping some for another day? Fold your corners back up, close the box, and put back in the freezer or fridge.
