How long do the products last after defrosting?

The majority of our cakes last up to three days from defrost, with the exception of Sticky Buns, Pastries and Pastel de Nata which are best eaten within one day. 

Our cakes are best displayed at room temperature, covered by a cake dome or in a cabinet. If they’ve not all been eaten by the end of the day, simply cover and pop in the fridge overnight.
