How do I use my Brownie Points?

One Brownie Point is awarded to you for every baked item you buy.

Once you have 50 Brownie Points, you can redeem any of our Brownie*, Blondie or Flapjacks. (*The Single Origin Brownie isn’t included)

To redeem your free Brownie*, Blondie or Flapjack just add one of them to basket, with any other items you'd like to purchase. 

Your Brownie Points will be automatically applied to any qualifying orders. That means more savings for you and more treats for your customers.  
 
As they'll be used automatically, you'll not have visibility on them when checking out. But if you'd like to know how many you have, just email our Customer Service Team and they'll be more than happy to help. 

Please note, if you redeem multiple brownies and they have different prices, it will debt an average price off of the total.
