Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend or cancel any orders one they have been accepted by our Packing Team.
If the order is not for next day delivery and hasn't been accepted yet, we can try to update the delivery date or cancel it for you.
Due to our packing schedule and multiple daily collections with DPD, once an order has been placed we cannot add or change any items. We also cannot update delivery addresses at any stage.
Please note that refused deliveries will be also charged at full rate.
