Why is my order only partially delivered?
We know it can be confusing if only a part of your order is delivered, however, this isn't always a bad thing.
Our courier, DPD, regularly has split deliveries, and your order may be delivered by two separate drivers. This might be because of the weight of a driver's van or the space, but this process is completely normal!
We always recommend tracking your parcels on the DPD app/website. In the tracking email sent by DPD on the day of delivery, you will be able to see a parcel number which you can use to track individual parcels. You can also see your whole order number on that DPD tracking page.
