Unfortunately, we can't offer pre-arranged timeslots. Our couriers service will allocate you a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery, which you can track using the DPD app or website.
We strongly advise downloading the app, with the same email as used on your Cakesmiths account, so that you are able to track and manage your deliveries.
With DPD, you can add a safe space too! This means you can designate a place you want your parcels to be delivered if you're unable to collect it in that hour.
