Can I specify a time slot for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we can't offer pre-arranged timeslots. Our courier service will allocate you a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery, which you can track using the DPD app or website.

We do offer a pre-10:30 delivery service, which you can select on checkout. This will ensure DPD aims to delivery your parcel before that time on your selected day of delivery. Please note this could still be impacted by closures outside of our control. 

We strongly advise downloading the app, with the same email as used on your Cakesmiths account, so that you are able to track and manage your deliveries.

With DPD, you can add a safe space too! This means you can designate a place you want your parcels to be delivered if you're unable to collect it in that hour.
